yes i will admit qop is a failure but the thing about this video is how 3 despos try to kill a potm who got away with 50 hp and end up getting kill by 2 dwarf who squeak here n there.

agreed. no save. QoP AT BEST is 5 seconds away from blinking again not to mention the fact that her ms is significantly lower due to leap + treads vs boots of speed. also note that potm had bottle. any engagement by QoP would have most likely resulted in death for QoP. I highly doubt that QoP could catch her. 4 levels of blink would mean 1 level of shadow strike 2 of scream and one from ulti. I really doubt that type of build, given QoP AOE ability. So really 2 levels of blink = higher CD.
