There's no way that's a 9 second Supra. Judging by the rate of acceleration, i'd say it's definatley very fast, 11s, maayyybe 10s perhaps, but not 9s. 9 second cars are barely drivable on public roads. Methinks the poster has been watching too much Fast n the Furious. "you owe me a 10 second cawr" - making your car do a 10 second quarter is ridiculously difficult (and expensive), let alone a 9 second pass.

Man, don't even start. Insurance is one thing, buying it is another, a MK4 can run about 15grand + for a decent shaped one. Insurance, especially if you're like 18-23 is going to be around high 7 grand a year, which is a considerable amount.

are you joking?? awd is great and all but the extra weight makes that car a pig, and coming from a supra driver that should tell you something. that thing weighs over 2 tons with just the driver in it... and all wheel steering?? theres a reason mitsu and nissan scrapped their aws platforms, its totally useless at high speeds. not to mention the 2jz is a far superior engine to the 6G73. hell, i own a mk3(7mgte)supra and i walk all over vr4's, no worries at all...
