I have to admit some of our cops are a little harsh. But the most of them are just doing their job! If you are speeding then you deserve a ticket! If you don't want a ticket then don't be stupid and want to whine about it later!Use common sense.

Them Georgia Boys(Georgia Cops) are harsh. My mom got pulled over by one cuz she was going 79 in a 70 and they think its funny when they give you a $400 ticket. He was real nice to her but he wrote the ticket anyway and walked away laughin. She took it to the judge and in the end, she only had to pay $175 cuz the judge knew our family

I was in a horrible accident on I-91 in CT. DUI-girl age 22, fell asleep at the wheel. Trooper wrote 5 bogus reports and FAILED his Internal Investigation Affairs hearing. Last I spoke he was going to Laudermill. I have a plate in my neck and a double fusion. He asked the DRUNK out on a date 3 days after the accident. She called back so she would not get a DUI. All I got was an apology letter from the STATE oF CONNECTICUT. Her car burned to the ground and he looking to get laid!!!

If the officer beleive that your sleep deprivation may influence your driving he can temporarily detain you. But most wont do this. Theyll ususally just tell you to pull over at a rest stop and get a nap.

I had a cop threaten to throw me in jail in Colorado because "I could be sleepy", thats what he said.
