No Fiat really do "own" Ferrari or at least around 56% of them! Fiat also own Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Iveco etc and a few others. I have the Panda Diesel and it does over 80 miles per gallon!

The 360 has 2 disadvantages on that track: 1. it weighs more and 2. it has too much horsepower. Something has has just the right amount of power and weighs the same as the Fiat like a Lotus Elise would probably get a sub-30 second run. In fact, I bet a good shifter kart get around in less than 25 seconds. Those things are like little F1 cars.
