lets see it...hondas are not bad cars I just hate having to flog a car just to get in the powerband. You can't compare v8 and 4cyl, they use different technology and both have their own pros and cons. A F1 engine uses closer to 4cyl technology. F1 uses a 2.4L v8 making 740hp NA but the torque is about the same as an average consumer car. All it really comes down to is personal preference v8, v6, or 4cyl. Not everyone likes the same thing so show some respect for what other people like.

Its not a set loss amout its approximately 15 percent is standard parasitic loss for a manual and up to 30 percent with a automatic.

dont forget about the aluminum flywheel... it's a great way to free up a few extra hp and helps the engine rev quicker.

good point. Also if you have an aluminum driveshaft or lightweight differential gears you save a little more as well

Fast fucking GTO, i give it props. I got a 85 Mustang GT Cobra (video on my page, just finished putting on the AFR heads and Comp cam earlier this week) and im making around 400 on the motor with all the parts ive put into it. It hauls ass with 2.73 gears haha. I wish i coulda seen that stang with more power adders. Great race+++
