actually a F1 car is faster than a Buggatti Veyron in both acceleration and top speed. I saw a Honda F1 car having a top speed run and reached 414 kmh (about 259 mph) and a 0-60 in 2.2 sec. (Veyron: top speed 254mph & 0-60 in 2.5 sec)

I forgot to mention it was a BAR, it wasn't running any wings or aero parts apart from a vertical wing on the back for stability. So it wasn't within FIA regulations but it wasn't the FIA's car.

i know they are extreamly quick but i find it hard to believe that a 2.8L engine can get a car 260. i also saw a video of top speed testing a buggatti veyron and in the video the narrator said they were going faster than a formula 1 car. so im not sure how fast they actually go cause i dont know alot about them but thats just what i have heard.

lol F1 cars are the best in everyway yea they are not the fastest thing out there but its a GP car. it has to last a good long time play through its entire rev band from low speeds to very high speeds over 200 mph in some locations. the cars are at the max. anyone who doesnt like F1, is afraid of change. lol
