All I have to say is GET IT!!! My fathers boss has one (not the twin turbo) the regular s7 and I got to take it around the block and it was a monster to drive! Oh and the A pillar is very thick can be hard to see things.

my dad just baught a Factory Five Racing GTM Supercar its an absolute BEAST It fucks the shit out of any car that i know of and cost about 1/10th of the price of any other car in its class... It beats the Saleen S7 in 0-60 @ 3.0 seconds and 0-100 in 6.6 seconds and costs under $80,000 to put together.
