I agree with Jerarbel. Tho I still stick with the EVO. Funny because I always thought the EVOs' are the dark side, while the Impreza are the light side.

Love Clacksons choice of words for these cars lol, Wouldnt mind the Evo but servicing int put me off ever 4500, went for the Impreza, only ever 10k, plus better quality interior and the flat4 burble.

Their both great cars. After viewing numerous videos i was commited to the evo. Last weekend first time i sat in an STI and the interior is much better. The evo's interior is terrible. I need a car with a decent interior.

For some reasons i choose Evo but that just me, so EVO ALL DAY BABY!! BTW.. Im hoping to buy an Evo next year. I got 7 months to save some money for the downpayment.

subarus do have understeer... why do you think they are so good at rallying? because the understeer compensates for the gravel which is oversteer galore. and the understeer helps because you can go faster into a corner and not spin out... as easily. and the evos have good grip on the pavement. and thats pretty much why evos are better than subis on pavement and subis are better than evos on gravel or dirt or whatevers loose and creates oversteer
