In that situation, go beside Silencer and AIM your TOSS to Akasha.

You should have a unit beside you and a unit away from you. So when you use the skill, click the unit away from you and Tiny will toss the unit beside you to the unit away. The range is based on the skill level.

no.. what you do is you get your ally to buy a flying courier (if you dont have one) with teleport!!!!

dude you know there are things like flying courier, town portal, dagger etc.. its not stuck forever it is stuck for 5 mins max

You can do it with all "blink-hero" like: 1. Magina 2. Akasha 3. Mirana (not easy). But you must remember, many heroes can leave from here (Mortred can blink to somebady or Pudge can hook...)
