A ford GT has 540hp because it has a S/C and yet a Z06 with after market exhaust will beat it. A chevy doesent need a S/C to get passed 500 hp lol.

You are almost right but not really. A SC will deliver instant results from take off there is no Lag no spool up, a roots/twin screw will produce the same amount of boost at 2500rpm as it will at 6000rpm. The Turbo on the other hand needs higher rps than a SC to spool up now the only SC they are similar to is a Centrifugal but all SC's are ran by belt where as the Turbo is ran off ambient exhaust gas.A T will lay out more HP and TQ at the same boost level & RPM as a SC.This has been proven.

in lots of these racing parks, you dont choose who you race. you just get in one of the 2 lines.

I would have to say that the gloating is a little annoying on this video. I am a Ford guy and I have no clue as to why that Mustang was racing the vette. Pure stupidity. Were I to race a TT Vette I would make sur that I was able to compete in the first place. But U are right it never had a chance.

FYI: Both cars are modified. This Vette is VERY modified. Bandimere is a HIGH ALTITUDE track and cars run much slower than normal there. That Mustang ran high 11's last Friday night and stock 505 hp C6 Z06 Vettes can do no better than mid-12's at this track. So, actually that Mustang can kick ass on virtually any un-modified Vette and many that are modded too. It is a really nice and fast car. It just isn't modded as radically as that black Z06.
